Welcoming Chris Bragg to the Resi Ventures Team

We are delighted to introduce the newest addition to our Resi Ventures family, Chris Bragg. Chris joins us as a senior analyst, bringing with him a wealth of experience and expertise in the property industry. Chris has made the move from Perth for not only professional reasons but also to be closer to family.

Chris Bragg is an accomplished finance expert with a plethora of knowledge in investment analysis and property financing. He graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce in 2013.

Chris has worked in the finance sector in several positions, most recently as an investment and finance analyst at Fiveight, where he was instrumental in overseeing due diligence, driving business strategy, and producing feasibility and scenario modelling across various asset classes.

For Chris, moving to Melbourne represents more than just professional growth; it offers an opportunity to explore a multitude of new experiences and immerse himself in Melbourne’s vibrant culture. Chris is excited to explore Melbourne’s diverse entertainment landscape, from gastronomical adventures and live music to supporting his favourite teams at the iconic MCG.

Chris’ thirst for exploration extends beyond the city limits, with plans already in motion for a skiing trip to Falls Creek in July.

Jokingly, Chris says, “Skiing is scarce in Western Australia,” so the prospect of hitting the slopes in the picturesque Victorian High Country is something he is very much looking forward to.
