HOW WE BEGAN

Resi Ventures was founded on a shared vision between Anthony Braunthal and Khurram Saeed—two seasoned business professionals with a passion for creating communities, not just developments.

With complementary backgrounds in finance, development, and project delivery, Anthony and Khurram identified a growing need in the market for residential communities that balanced affordability, liveability, and long-term value. They saw an opportunity to approach residential development differently—by forging genuine partnerships with landowners, focusing on the end-to-end delivery of quality housing solutions, and putting people at the heart of every project.

What began as a bold idea quickly evolved into one of Australia’s most agile and respected privately-owned development groups. From their first land acquisition to the launch of landmark communities across Victoria and Queensland, Anthony and Khurram have remained focused on their founding principles: partnership, integrity, and legacy.
