How it Works
1. Join
If you’ve already purchased in a Resi Ventures community, you automatically gain access to the Resi Rewards program.
2. Refer or Purchase Again
Refer a friend or family member to a Resi Ventures community, or purchase another property within one of our communities to receive exclusive loyalty discounts, flexible deposit options, and a referral reward.
3. Receive Your Reward
Once the referred sale contract becomes unconditional, you’ll receive your Resi Reward referral incentive as a thank you for your referral.
