He has more than 25 years’ business experience across government, corporate and private enterprise. Anthony has created numerous start-ups and raised equity capital in a broad range of industries, including software development, human resources, professional services, biotechnology, property development and clean tech.

Anthony founded CiT Professionals in 2003, an IT resourcing group. The company was rated by BRW in 2006 as Australia’s fastest growing IT business and in the top 10 overall. Anthony is a proven performer in business and driving successful outcomes.

Khurram is a Director of Resi Ventures and has more than 17 years’ experience in the property development, property finance (mezzanine and equity funding) and property funds management sectors. Khurram’s early career in land sales across Melbourne’s growth corridors led him into property development and property syndication. His passion for the property industry progressed into residential subdivisions and acquiring off market land deals and as a result in partnership with Anthony Braunthal Resi Ventures was established.

Khurram’s industry knowledge and vast networks ensure that Resi Ventures work alongside the best consultants in the industry.

Rob brings over 15 years of experience in property development and construction across Australia, with leadership roles at Winslow, Villa World, and Wel.Co. As National Development Director at Resi Ventures, he ensures the successful delivery of large-scale residential communities on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Rob’s expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership enables him to navigate complex challenges with a strategic yet hands-on approach. Passionate about creating thriving communities, he is known for proactive leadership, problem-solving, and commitment to excellence.

With a Bachelor of Civil & Infrastructure Engineering (Hons) and a Bachelor of Business from RMIT, Rob combines technical knowledge with commercial acumen. His focus on innovation and sustainability drives Resi Ventures’ expanding portfolio.

Rodney leads the search for the land that feeds Resi Ventures’ $1 billion development pipeline across Australia. As the first point of contact between a landowner and what their property could become, he identifies growth areas ahead of the market, builds relationships with landowners long before a deal is on the table, and structures transactions that set every development up for success.

Rodney is passionate about land and people, and prioritises building strong relationships with landowners by understanding what matters most to them. Drawing on his deep knowledge of every stage of land acquisition and development, he helps landowners realise the maximum value from their property — guiding them through one of the most important decisions of their lives, from the first conversation about a property’s potential through to securing the deal that lays the foundation for its future.

His expertise in structuring Land Development Agreements (LDAs), Joint Ventures (JVs) and direct purchases – built on years of experience in land transactions – consistently delivers win-win outcomes and secures the right land for the right development. This track record has fuelled his drive to build lasting relationships across the industry.

Bill Knobel is a highly experienced civil engineer with a career spanning local government, consulting engineering, and the land development industry in Queensland. With broad expertise across multiple disciplines, Bill has been deeply involved in the master planning of communities, driven by his passion for delivering critical infrastructure solutions.

As the founder and owner of Knobel Engineers from 1998 to 2010, he provided expert guidance on the design and delivery of major residential and commercial projects. Bill’s extensive background enables him to navigate complex development requirements, creating sustainable, well-planned communities that stand the test of time.

His depth of experience and commitment to excellence ensure every project benefits from strong infrastructure planning, community-focused outcomes, and a long-term vision for growth.

In his role, Bill advises on the identification and assessment of new land acquisition opportunities across Queensland.

Wasim Kalam is an experienced Development Manager who is responsible for driving project efficiencies, managing construction programs, and ensuring the successful execution of residential developments. Prior to taking this role, Wasim held a variety of positions in the development and construction industries, overseeing the delivery of greenfield developments and high-density residential projects.

Throughout his career, Wasim has demonstrated an innate ability to problem-solve, negotiate development issues, and propel projects forward. He has led numerous residential development projects and spearheaded innovative initiatives that have driven significant cost savings and profitability for the businesses he has been associated with.

Wasim graduated from Monash University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Commerce and was inducted into the Engineering Faculty Dean’s Honours list.

Juliana Su is a development manager at Resi Ventures and has extensive experience managing large-scale master planned communities and mixed-use developments. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property & Valuation) with first-class Honours from RMIT and is a Certified Practicing Valuer (API Associate Member).

Her previous roles at Frasers Property Australia and SEMZ Property Advisory involved managing significant projects, including 2,000+ lot communities and high-profile built-form developments.

Juliana specialises in site acquisitions, project budgeting and consultant management, with expertise in navigating planning processes and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Terri assists in the overall financial management, accounting and compliance of Resi Ventures and ensures all administrative tasks are streamlined within the business. Her key skills lie in cashflow, budgeting, process improvement and negotiating win-win outcomes with suppliers and customers. Supporting the Directors with projects and her in-depth knowledge of organisational products and process ensure that Resi Ventures runs smoothly.

Elissa is responsible for working with key stakeholders to optimise marketing performance for Resi Ventures projects. She has experience working in marketing and communication roles in government, corporate, private and hospitality sectors.

Elissa’s early career working in a media agency environment with a transition into corporate marketing and communications roles has allowed her to have a full understanding across all aspects of marketing from sales, project management, branding, design, advertising, client service and account management.

Mayur Patel is a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager at Resi Ventures with extensive experience in financial and strategic analysis. He previously served as a Senior Management Accountant at K&S Freighters, where he implemented financial systems and led budgeting processes. Prior to that, he was a Senior Commercial Analyst at Tamaki Regeneration Company in New Zealand, managing a $2.5 billion asset portfolio and supporting strategic decision-making in property development.

Mayur is a Chartered Accountant with advanced skills in data visualisation and financial modelling, and he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management.

Ghazal Saeid is a driven professional, poised to make a significant impact as Assistant Development Manager at Resi Ventures. Ghazal entered the property industry as an Assistant Project Manager at Samraj Project & Design, where she honed her skills and developed a keen understanding of project management and urban planning. Her dedication and exceptional performance led her to Melbourne Property Development Group, where she served as a Project Manager, overseeing large-scale projects with precision and diligence. At Resi Ventures, Ghazal continues to contribute her knowledge and experience to shape the future of master planned communities.

Ethan Bergman is a Land Acquisition Analyst at Resi Ventures. Still in the early stages of his professional career, thus far he has developed his skills and experience in the property industry valuation sector at one of Melbourne’s leading consultancy firms, Preston Rowe Paterson.

His role at Resi Ventures sees him working closely with the Director of Acquisitions to strategically source and assess property data to identify high-value acquisition opportunities across Australia’s key residential growth corridors.
