A Letter from the Directors
It’s been a hectic twelve months at Resi Ventures. Between funding milestones, project completions, a first foray into non-residential development, and the continued build out of our Queensland pipeline, there hasn’t been a quiet week.
Our Queensland story goes back further than most realise. As the Victorian market began to turn in late 2021, we made the call to diversify, buying our first project in Hervey Bay. Four years on, that decision has proven one of our most important. Today, almost 50% of our live projects sit in Queensland, with regional Queensland central to our strategy.
