The Best of 2023

The property market in 2023 experienced unprecedented turbulence, marked by a complex interplay of economic and social factors. The year began with optimistic forecasts, but soon, the landscape shifted dramatically. Rising inflation, interest rate hikes, and poor consumer confidence created an environment of uncertainty. Despite all of these factors, we continued to pivot our business to adapt to market challenges.

As we head into a new year, we wanted to share some of our key milestones from 2023. From the opening of Monument Estate Park to completing the first 55 townhomes at Evoke South Morang and preparing the site for our first regional project in Echuca, there have been plenty of highlights for Resi Ventures.
