Mosaic Townhouses construction complete

The construction of 18 townhouses at our Mosaic Townhouses – Precinct Two development are now complete. The Lalor project began in 2018 when the first 25 townhouses forming Precinct One were built. This stage was completed and sold out in 2019. 

Titles have now been issued for the Precinct Two Townhouses with many residents already moved in.

Both townhouse stages were designed and built by leading builder Burbank Urban to deliver a boutique community that offers affordability, accessibility, and functional low maintenance living.

The $20 million project was one of the first higher density living projects for Resi Ventures who specialise in master planned residential communities.

The company has since launched another townhouse development with Evoke Townhomes, South Morang, which are to be built with parkland views in a location that is a short walk from Westfield Plenty Valley and just 25kms from the CBD.
