Monument Estate Park Vision

We are excited to showcase our vision for the one-hectare central park at our residential development in Plumpton. The park will offer the residents of Monument and the wider community a place to enjoy the natural environment with a canopy of trees and large open green space complemented by an activities area, featuring a state-of-the-art dual play tower with climbing frames, tunnels and slides, a basketball court and skatepark as well as numerous passive play areas – it caters for all ages. The picnic and barbeque facilities will offer the perfect place for a special get together. Residents at Monument can leave their cars at home with the park located within walking distance of all homes.

Construction is due to begin in August 2022.
