Mid-Winter Construction Update: Bloom Hervey Bay

We are excited to share the latest developments at Bloom Hervey Bay. Thanks to a decrease in inclement weather, the team from Shadforth has been steadily progressing, ensuring that we stay on track with our timelines to deliver Stages 1-2 & 8 for our purchasers.

Road Infrastructure

Roadworks are now well underway across all stages of the development, including Madsen Road. The next phase of civil works will focus on continuing roadworks in all stages. Kerb installation commenced in early July, and the final asphalt will be laid in early September marking another milestone in our development process.

Electrical and Communication Installation

The team from Hembrows Electrical is now onsite and has begun installing the electrical and communication components essential for the estate. This initial phase of electrical works is a critical step toward ensuring that all infrastructure is in place for future residents.

Landscaping

In addition to the ongoing roadworks and electrical installations, the landscaping is underway and will be completed in September. This will further enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the estate.

Looking Ahead

The project is making significant strides, with civil works now 90% complete. We anticipate receiving registration and titles by November 2024, aligning with our projected timeline which will mark a key achievement in our development.

As we move forward, we remain committed to maintaining our momentum and delivering on our promises. The continued progress in civil works, electrical installations, and upcoming landscaping efforts are all crucial to ensuring that Bloom Hervey Bay becomes a thriving community.

Stage 3B is now selling with homesites ranging in size from 439m2 to 816m2 priced from $238,500. Learn more by visiting our project website www.bloomherveybay.com.au or reach out to our sales team on 1300 030 904.
