Looking Back on 2024: A Year of Growth, Resilience, and Community

As we step into 2025, we take a moment to reflect on the challenges, achievements, and progress that defined 2024. Despite market fluctuations, Resi Ventures has remained steadfast in its mission to create thriving communities, and we are incredibly grateful for the support of our staff and consultants who have helped us navigate this journey.

One of our proudest milestones was launching McMahon’s Place in Echuca, a project that brings a long-held vision to life in one of Victoria’s most picturesque regional towns. We also continued our commitment to giving back, supporting Variety – the Children’s Charity Victoria, and helping raise funds for children in need.

Our projects moved forward, with final stage titles completed at Accolade Rockbank, welcoming more families into this vibrant community. Evoke Townhomes in South Morang is nearing completion, and Bloom Hervey Bay reached an exciting milestone with its first titles secured, paving the way for future releases in this sought-after coastal community.

Looking ahead to 2025, we’re excited to introduce new opportunities for homebuyers with the launch of Watsons Reach in Sunbury and Shearwater in Paynesville, continuing our dedication to delivering high-quality, well-planned communities.
