Accolade Estate- Construction Update November 2023

The final land at Accolade Estate is due to title early next year. This month’s update shows the progress made by our contractors at the BLD Group. Highlights for this month include

• The construction of a temporary road that will link Stage 10 and Stage 12.
• The completion of top soil works in Stage 10 by mid-November
• Both the electrical work for Stage 15 and the concrete shared walkway for Stage 12 have been finished. Concrete work in Stages 12 through 16 has been 50% completed.
