Monument Estate Finalist at UDIA Awards

Monument Estate was named as a finalist for the Residential Development Award category at this year’s UDIA Awards for Excellence Gala Ceremony.

Monument Estate was launched in 2017 in Plumpton in Melbourne’s west. The 500-lot master-planned community developed by Resi Ventures delivers a landmark community which delivers award winning landscaped homes and connectivity with the latest in smart home automation combined with seven hectares of green space.

The awards which were held at The Crown Palladium on Friday 2nd December recognises innovations in the urban development industry.

Co-founder and director Khurram Saeed said he was delighted to be recognised alongside such a high calibre of industry colleagues.

The awards application required a 7,000-word submission highlighting the projects commitment to key development criteria alongside a site visit by three industry experts.
Monument Estate has only one stage left to release with plans for two childcare centres, a business centre, and the completion of Monument Central Park to complement the wetlands and fitness stations already in place. Once the estate is complete it will be home to over 1,500 residents.
