Bloom Estate in beautiful Hervey Bay, Queensland, is almost sold out, with final titles scheduled for this October. Launched in November 2022, Bloom found popularity from the start, with the first two stages selling out within the first year.

Designed to offer buyers space, affordability, elevation and a coastal lifestyle, the community was warmly received, with strong buyer demand confirming early on that the project would be a success. Just 10 minutes from the centre of Hervey Bay and 10 minutes from the region’s best beaches, the location sold itself.
