Resi Ventures Construction Update

There’s a flurry of activity across Resi Ventures’ projects, with civil construction continuing to keep pace even through the wet winter months. From Victoria to Queensland, our teams remain focused on the delivery of key milestones across the portfolio.

Watsons Reach Diggers Rest, Victoria

Watsons Reach continues to build strong momentum, with the 402-lot development progressing steadily across its early stages. Stages 1 and 2 are now around 90% sold, while Stage 3A has just come to market. Construction across Stages 1 to 3 is approximately 74% complete, with the first three stages expected to title later in 2026.

McMahon’s Place Echuca, Victoria

McMahon’s Place continues to progress strongly, with construction across the first two stages well advanced and now around 80% complete. Sales have kept pace, with approximately 80% of lots across Stages 1 and 2 now sold. Titles are anticipated later in 2026, and Stage 3 is preparing to come to market soon. Nearby, works at the Northern Highway intersection are approximately 50% complete, supporting the broader infrastructure needed as the community grows.

Queensland Portfolio Expansion

Looking ahead, Resi Ventures is preparing to bring three new projects to market across Queensland’s Capricorn and Coral Coasts over the next 12 months, marking the next phase of the company’s expansion in the state. Building on the success of Bloom Hervey Bay, these new projects will further grow Resi Ventures’ Queensland portfolio and reinforce the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality residential communities in key growth markets.
