We’re pleased to announce the launch of Resi Rewards, a program designed to give back and say thanks for being part of the Resi Ventures family. If you’ve purchased in a Resi Ventures community, you automatically gain access to the program. From there, you can make the most of our referral program and enjoy a range of exclusive benefits.

At Resi Ventures, we want to see our communities flourish with like-minded people who genuinely love where they live. We also want to be able to reward those who have chosen to buy into our communities, making it their home or a place they want to invest in.

If you purchase again within one of our communities—or if an eligible immediate family member purchases—you ‘ll receieve our Buy Again Incentives,  including a $5,000* discount off the retail land price, along with priority access and flexible deposit options.

Our referral program rewards both you and the person you refer. Refer a friend or family member to a Resi Ventures community and, once the qualifying contract becomes unconditional and the required deposit has been paid, you’ll receive a $3,000* gift card. The person you refer will also receive a $1,000* gift card following settlement.
